Ascorbyl Glucoside is a stabilized form of ascorbic acid (vitamin C). It has the same properties as L-ascorbic acid.

Ascorbyl Glucoside penetrates the skin where it is metabolized to free vitamin C It is an excellent antioxidant that increases collagen production, lightens and brightens, reduces fine lines and protects the skin from UV damage. Vitamin E helps protect the skin from free radical damage and complements the effect of vitamin C.
