Return and Shipping Policy

For your safety, our European company does not allow returns or exchanges of cosmetics and skin care products, even if they are in their original condition, with the exception of products that arrive damaged.
We acknowledge that our products reach the customer in their original condition as they were manufactured from the main factory in Europe. We ask our customers and clients to inspect the order and products in our showrooms and in front of our employees or upon receiving the package from the delivery company in front of the employee who delivers the package to you (as a basic condition in our return process and with documentation from the delivery employee). If it is proven in front of the delivery company employee that the product is damaged, broken or not in its natural condition, we will replace it or return the amount to the customer within a period of at least 15 working days, and the period may increase according to the procedures. We will cooperate and communicate with you personally via email or telephone.

 

Delivery and shipping

We offer delivery services to all cities in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Arab countries, Türkiye, and Iran, in cooperation with Aramex, within 10 business days.

 

When will I receive the order 

 After confirming receipt of the amount in the case of payment via Visa or MasterCard from our side, your order will be confirmed and you will be notified by sending an email to you. An Aramex courier employee in your country will call you on the mobile number registered with us to coordinate with you the date and time to receive the package. It is important to note that it is necessary to answer incoming calls to your mobile so that the representative responsible for delivery can coordinate with you the date and time to deliver the order. 

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and refund terms :

The customer acknowledges and admits that he has made the purchase freely and of his own accord, without any pressure and by his own decision, and that he accepts and acknowledges the terms and conditions, privacy policy and return policy of our company after reading them in our store or application with complete care and attention from him personally, and that he has made the purchase freely and of his own accord and after reading the return policy, privacy policy and all our conditions before the purchase. In the event that the customer decides to cancel the purchase of his own accord, the order will be deleted or canceled, provided that in the event of cancellation of the order within the specified period of only fifteen minutes from the time of the purchase, the order will not be canceled and the amount paid will not be refunded. The purchase process will be completed in full and the shipping process will continue until the customer receives it from the delivery company in his country. The customer or client will receive a refund for the amount paid for our products after the cancellation is personally accepted by our company, provided that the cancellation process meets the aforementioned conditions through our company and after deducting the bank commissions through which the payment was made, by receiving and sending the amount to and from the customer via banks. The customer also bears any other costs if the cancellation process results in any financial costs that will be automatically deducted from the amount paid by the customer. These costs are borne by the customer and not the seller. The customer will be informed of all the details before the amount is sent to the customer through our company. The customer or buyer will receive the refund at their own expense when the amount is sent to the customer within a period of at least fifteen business days. The customer will be contacted until the end of the transaction, and the amount will be refunded after deducting the bank commissions due for receiving and sending the amount mentioned in the order, and any other costs that may result from the cancellation process. The customer will bear them if the refund incurs any additional costs.

 

 

2. Cancellation process :

To cancel your order or subscription, please follow these steps:

  3- Select the order or subscription you wish to cancel.

  4- Click on the “Cancel” button and confirm the action.
